Restorative yoga is the practice of actively resting. It is based on the lack of physical effort to allow the body to re-align itself physically, energetically and emotionally, shifting the nervous system back towards balance.
If you are feeling drained, you can't easily move due to restrictions in the body or illness, or if you feel your mind is going fast and you crave for slowing it down, come along to experience a moment of pause and recharge.
