These introductory classes are designed for complete beginners who would like to get a flavour of what yoga is about. However, returning yogis and everyone who feels would like to go a little slower and in depth, would find these classes beneficial.
They comprise of two classes delivered at Total Chi, Baker Street.
- Week 1 will introduce the connection between breath and movement, sun salutations and will offer a short meditation at the end
- Week 2 will recap on week 1 and will also introduce some key poses (standing, backbends, seated, inversions).
