When I first started practising yoga in 2009, I was surprised by the sense of lightness and wellbeing I felt at the end of the class. I used to work as Press & Communications Manager at the Royal Academy of Dance and, by practising regularly, my working demands felt somehow more manageable.
I was so enthusiastic about it that I enrolled on the 2-year triyoga teacher training diploma (350 hours) and graduated with distinctive grades under Jean Hall and Mimi Kuo-Deemer.
I have been teaching since 2014; I am a British Wheel of Yoga registered teacher and after finishing my training, I went on to support my tutors as Teaching Assistant on the triyoga diploma.
I am qualified to teach restorative yoga (trained with Adelene Cheong, 30 hours), hot yoga (trained with Kristin Campbell, 60 hours) and I am currently undertaking Advanced Teacher Training with Jason Crandell (300 hours), as well as continuing my studies with Jean Hall and Mimi Kuo-Deemer.
Finally, I am the triyoga Teacher Training Administrator.
Jean Hall says: “Flavia is a safe, thorough and inspiring teacher who fully and respectfully engages with her students whilst creating a supportive and friendly environment.
